Case Study / Ferry Quays

Mara have been a great aide to us in the running of Ferry Quays Estate; which consists of 9 blocks and a single storey underground car park. Our contact at Mara visited our site and surveyed our car park with the view to upgrading our lighting system. Due to the size of the project, this is an on going process and one we are pleased to say has been handled and executed professionally and without hassle.

Mara took the time to walk the Estate with me whilst informing me of the other areas in which they could assist; we decided to award them the communal carpet cleaning for all 9 Blocks. With varying block and floor sizes, this again was a big job. Over the course of the clean, a project manager was on site most days to communicate and ensure the smooth running of the clean, updating me daily. I am very pleased to say that our carpets have never looked cleaner! A fantastic job.

Our Estate Window Cleaning, presented us issues with our Eye Bolt system, something that Mara’s operatives picked up on during their initial survey. After consultation meetings, they proposed a combination of different methods to complete the works and help us with future planning for the window cleaning.

Across all of these works, we have been impressed with Mara’s communication, efficiency and high level of cleaning and look forward to continuing our relationship on other projects in the future.
